Our members have a vast wealth of expertise, teaching others the science of sailing.

Kirklees model boat club
now boast a membership of over 120, who are made up from students to pensioners and from all walks of life.
We promote the leisure pastime of model boat building in all its aspects and to strive to encourage and develop

Founded in 2000 we are a small friendly Model Boat Club with over 20 members with a wide range of interests, abilities and kills.
We build, buy and sail radio controlled model boats including: sailing yachts ,tugs, launches, warships, lifeboats, submarines and many more.The club exists to promote the building and sailing of radio controlled model boats of every description by all ages and genders.Help and guidance is always available to members that require it.
